Mario Klariæ is our programmer, with extensive computer programming experience, that started some twenty years ago.

Mario is also our system administrator. He has worked with several operating systems, including UNIX/Linux, MS DOS and Windows, and VMS.

Mario became a Web user at the very beginning of its development in the eighties, as a graduate student at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. He obtained a Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Astronomy, in 1993, and went on to teach at a Community College. Mario remains an active Web user, both professionally and casually.

Mario's interest in HTML and Web in general, resulted in the development of his first web page - Hale County Alabama Genealogy page in 1997, which he still maintains.

Realizing the vast potential of the Web, Mario continued developing his programming skills and in late 1997 teamed up with J. Bernard Moore in the creation of their first joint site - the site for the Renewable Energy Policy Project/REPP. They stopped developing and maintaining the site on 19 May 1999.

In 1999, Bernard and Mario formed Rosetta Networking Systems, to help close digital divide and answer the need for an IT service for non-profit organizations that do similar work.
