MARK ARQUETTE is a seasoned veteran in building large production applications with more then 12 years of experience as Architect, Data Modler, and Project Manager. Prior to working as an Independent consultant Mark held the position of National Practice Director of Business Intelligence for D.C.C. a consistent member of the Inc. 500. Mark lead the practice from ground zero to major winning development projects at Walgreens, Tulane University, AT&T and Cable and Wireless. While as director Mark also developed a new ASP model for delivery of datawarehouse systems to clients. Mark also handled methodology development and the day to day operations. Before joining D.C.C. Mark held the position of Director of MIS for Academic Affairs at the University of Maryland College Park. Mark is an Oracle certified instructor for Designer 2000 and has designed and managed Oracle systems since version 5.x.
